FedEx Virtual Comprehensive Privacy Notice. The recreational and non-profit virtual airline FedEx Virtual is the obligated party and responsible for the processing of personal data collected in general, which will be protected in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects and other applicable regulations; said data is listed in the following section. RULES OF OPERATION

FedEx Virtual has an executive group (staff) responsible for all virtual airline processes and its general administration.

The staff is structured as follows:

CEO/Founder: Director and main founder.
CO-CEO/CO-Founder: Director and founder.
Chief Pilot: Responsible for all pilots working for the virtual airline.
Technology Coordinator: Staff responsible for researching and developing the virtual airline’s technologies.

LANGUAGES

FedEx Virtual’s primary language is Spanish, as we are a Mexican virtual airline.
Destinations will be handled to different countries where the language is not spoken. Therefore, a basic knowledge of English is required, as international aeronautics has selected this language as a universal language for operations in countries where the airline’s native language is not spoken.

COEXISTENCE AND COMMUNICATION

Respect others. Photos, videos, and comments that affect others are not allowed.
Offensive language is not permitted.

STAY/RETIREMENT FROM THE VIRTUAL AIRLINE

Regularly fly at least two hours per week.
Pilots with two or more weeks of inactivity will be notified via the email address they registered with. Repeated inactivity over a month will result in dismissal from the virtual airline.
Pilots registered in the IVAO networks must fly at least two hours per week.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The internal dissemination or disclosure of any information about the virtual airline is strictly prohibited, as it is exclusively for registered pilots.
Our privacy policy establishes the terms FedEx Virtual uses to protect the information provided by pilots when using the application. FedEx Virtual is committed to the security of each pilot’s data when asked to complete personal information fields, as established in the privacy policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

– Email address.
– Full name.
– IVAO VID number.
– Date of birth.

Any pilot, regardless of their country or nationality, has the right to access and/or delete all of the aforementioned data by sending a request to contacto@fedexva.com, which will be responded to within 20 business days.

USE OF INFORMATION

FedEx Virtual may send emails to each of its active pilots with information about chart updates, database updates, events, and information deemed relevant to providing better service.
Our application uses cookies to identify the items visited and their frequency.
Information obtained related to the first name will not be published. Last names, email addresses, or any other personal information about the virtual pilot will not be published.
These restrictions only apply to public access to the website. Once pilots log in, these restrictions are lifted.
